Allison Tallman MS RD is a registered dietitian and founder of the nutrition consulting company, Nourished Routes. Her no-nonsense nutrition approach provides realistic, personalized, and research-backed nutrition solutions for her clients and audiences alike. With a bachelor’s and master’s degree in nutritional sciences from Cornell University and Rush University, she has cultivated herself as a nutrition consultant, speaker, and expert in the field.
Allison utilizes intuitive eating principles to help her clients reach their nutrition goals without ever counting calories, restricting foods, or yo-yo dieting. Allison has a wide breadth of experience in nutrition and her seamless adaptability has allowed her to work with a range of clients- from women struggling with their relationship with food, to the 2016 World Series Champions, the Chicago Cubs. Allison has experience working with individuals of all ages and is passionate about helping her clients to feel less confused about what to eat and build healthier eating habits with ease and clarity.
