Allison Tallman MS RD is a registered dietitian and founder of Nourished Routes. Allison works with women to help them to ditch the diet mentality, feel less confused about what to eat, gain confidence in your eating habits, and feel in control of your food choices. Aliza Shapiro, LCSW, is a licensed psychotherapist in New York City, and Founder of Therapy In The City, LCSW PLLC. In her clinical work, Aliza specializes in the treatment of depression, OCD, disordered eating, and anxiety related disorders. Outside of her clinical work, Aliza serves as a consultant and board member of Teen Health 101, and leads seminars in mindfulness, performance, and self-esteem.
