I've worked with other coaches and nutritionists before or I'm currently looking at other programs, how is your program different?

That’s a simple answer! ME and the method that I use - I’m the difference! I provide very individualized nutrition coaching sessions to teach my clients my proven method on how to simplify nutrition using our realistic, balanced, and flexible approach. I'm here to guide you, support you, and keep you accountable throughout the entire process -- let's just say I build a very close relationship with my clients!

You've probably tried all of the diets out there, but you haven't tried this. By working together, you'll be able to enjoy ALL foods again and never feel uncertain or confused when it comes to your eating habits.

I'm considering your coaching program but I hear it's a group program. How will I get individual attention?

My program is a hybrid coaching environment which means you get both group and one-on-one coaching sessions - the best of both worlds!

Besides, wouldn’t it be amazing to connect with other like-minded individuals to build a sense of community and connection? Imagine how much you could learn from other individuals who are struggling with the same nutrition concerns!

Plus, you have access to message me 24/7 so you can get your questions answered every single day of the week. (I'm not sure of any other program that allows this much on-demand availability for accountability and support!)

You’ll also get all the recipes, resources, and an individualized plan just for you that will help you to see results and build sustainable habits for life.

Hopefully now you can see this is so much more than just a “group program.“

What can I expect to learn about or achieve from our one-on-one coaching calls?

I love this question because it is ultimately up to YOU and what YOUR goals are! This is not a one-size-fits-all model.

In our sessions together, we are soley focused on you and what you need to achieve your goals. Some things we might discuss in our sessions could be:

How much protein do I need daily? How do I get more protein in my diet?

Am I eating enough? Or am I eating too much?

I work 70 hours a week. How do I nourish my body while on a crazy busy schedule?

I'm working out 5-6 times per week without seeing results. What's missing?

... these are just to name a few! This is a completely individualized program so we will investigate your current intake, identify what's missing, and create a plan for you to move forward so you can feel unstuck and see long-lasting results.

Regarding budget, we have multiple different payment options and once you submit your application and we make sure you’re a good fit, we can go over everything with you.

INVEST IN YOUR HEALTH

I'm not sure my husband/spouse/partner is going to support me making this investment in my health - I've spent money on diets before and they haven't worked.

I really do feel like this is a personal communication discussion that has to happen between the two of you. I think it’s really important to have open discussions about your health goals and make sure you're on the same page about that.

It's important to have them look at the resources here on the site, my social media, and our client success stories.

Also know that I love to include partners in our sessions together! I have plenty of resources (including men's health and nutrition, healthy eating as a family, nutrition for picky eaters) resources that can be beneficial for your partner.

I’m also happy to answer questions that your partner may have.

How soon can I get started? Is your program open all of the time? What are the next steps?

Because of the individualization and one-on-one support we provide, we do only accept a limited # of clients at a time. You're in luck - we are currently accepting new clients! 

We work on a first come, first serve basis and our prices do increase as client demand and time goes on, so apply now.

I'm really busy - I work a full-time job and have kids. Will this work for me?

You CAN make this work for you, and you deserve to.

I've worked with moms of 3, overnight shift nurses, consultants who travel every week -- they've all invested in their health and have seen results that have positively influenced ALL areas of their life.

Plus, I’m sure you have a minimum of 2 extra hours per week right? If you have two hours minimum per week, I can show you how to transform your health using our realistic, balanced approach.

Can I work with you if I'm a picky eater? What if I hate to cook? What if I have food allergies or interolances?

We understand that everyone is different, and therefore your nutrition plan should be customized to fit YOUR preferences and needs!

We have experience working with picky eaters, those who hate cooking, those who don't have time to cook, and those with a allergies or intolerances.

What are our options for working together? I'm a bit confused on those.

I have 3 options for working together. All depend on what YOU need.

  1. Our self-paced course, Your Nourished Route. This is for you if you are needing a starting place when it comes to your nutrition and eating habits. There are no personalized sessions with a registered dietitian and rather, it is a self-learning course through our modules, videos, worksheets, and recipes.   2. Our signature program, Nourished Nutrition Breakthrough. This is our hybrid and 1:1 coaching program and our most popular option! In this 12-week program you'll receive individualized sessions with a registered dietitian while also receiving community support. We'll create a plan specific for you.
  3. VIP 1:1 Nutrition Coaching. This is our completely personalized 12-week program where you'll receive the most sessions and support from a registered dietitian. We'll create a plan specific for you with bi-weekly support calls and check ins.
