Allison is a registered dietitian and founder of Nourished Routes.
Nourished Routes is a nutrition consulting company that helps women to fuel and nourish their body for all stages of life, including pregnancy. They help women build healthier eating habits, feel less confused about what to eat for their body, and build confidence in consistent eating strategies.
Nicki is a DONA trained doula and owner of 615 Doula Co. She founded 615 Doula Co. after the beautiful and transformative birth of her daughter in 2016.
Nicki works with growing families to create powerful birth experiences. She does this by providing both mother and partner with highly personalized education and support so that they can confidently make choices that align with their needs and wishes. A portion of every fee goes towards providing doula services for families in low-resource situations in our community.
