Chocolate Protein Pudding

Indulge in this ridiculously quick and simple chocolate protein pudding, a silky, protein-packed treat perfect as a snack or dessert. Customize with fresh fruit for added fiber and/or a drizzle of nut butter for a boost of healthy fats and protein. It’s a deliciously satisfying option that’s as nutritious as it is decadent!

Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 box sugar-free instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (~20g protein)
  • 1 ½ cups vanilla soy milk

Instructions

  1. Empty pudding mix into a bowl along with the scoop of protein powder. Whisk together.
  2. Add the soy milk and whisk constantly until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Enjoy right away optionally with fresh cut fruit on top and/or a drizzle of nut butter, or store for later!
