3-Ingredient Metabolism-Boosting Healthy Cookies

Looking for a simple yet effective way to boost your metabolism? Try these 3-ingredient healthy cookies made with oats, peanut butter, and chocolate. The oats provide fiber to keep you full longer, while peanut butter offers protein to fuel your body. A touch of dark chocolate adds antioxidants for a deliciously healthy treat perfect for weight loss and snacking guilt-free.

Makes: 12 cookies


  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1.5 cups oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Using a fork, mash bananas in a bowl until they are broken down.
  3. Add in oats and combine.
  4. Sprinkle in chocolate chips and combine.
  5. Using a spoon (or honestly with your hands!), take ~ 1 tbsp or 1 cookie worth into your hand and roll into a ball. Form into a cookie and place on baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until set and cooked through.
  7. Enjoy!
