Vanilla Almond Overnight Oats with Apple

Overnight oats has always been one of my go-to breakfasts because it’s easy for me to take on the go! It’s packed with protein, fiber, and antioxidants to get my day started.

Serves: 4


  • 1/2 cup oats
  • Protein powder – here’s one I like
  • 1 tbsp chia seed or flax seed
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • Milk – I use cow’s milk or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped apple


  1. Combine oats, protein powder, chia seed, and vanilla extract in a tupperware or mason jar. Top with milk, make sure that milk soaks through so that the ingredients are wet. There should be about 1/2 inch of milk above the line of the dry ingredients when done. Mix to combine.
  2. Add almond butter and chopped apple.
