Edamame Guacamole

Who doesn’t love guacamole? Try out this tasty AND high protein spin on classic guac!

Serves: 4


  • 2 small avocados (or 1 large avocado)
  • 1 cup shelled edamame, mashed
  • Lime juice
  • Sea salt


  1. Slice and mash your avocado and stir in the juice from the lime. Mix in the mashed edamame and sprinkle in the sea salt. Stir until combined. Serve with tortilla chips, raw veggies, pretzels, or as an addition to meals!
