High Protein Egg Wraps

Serves: 1


  • 2 egg wraps from Trader Joe’s (or another brand)
  • 4 tbsp hummus
  • 1/2 cucumbed sliced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 handful of arugula


  1. Spread 2 tbsp hummus on each wrap.
  2. Add 1/2 the sliced cucumber and bell pepper to each wrap. Add a little arugula to each wrap and then fold up.
  3. Enjoy!
