An empowering event for moms in the Nashville area!

About this event

Mamas! Do you long for community and the opportunity to share and relate to other mothers? Do you wish you had more time for self-care and to learn more about postpartum nutrition and strength building?

Well, we see you out there doing it all and we see the increasing need to support mothers now more than ever.

Which is why we have created this wonderful event specifically for mothers!

Join us Sunday, October 24th at 9am for an empowering Mother’s Circle event!

Included in this event ticket:

  • A postpartum specific yoga class led by yoga instructor Alexis Jones.
  • Lesson and activity on mindfulness and nutrition led by Leah Baker, registered dietitian.

This class will begin at 9am at the Amphitheater area at Bicentennial Capital Mall State Park event area and will last approximately one hour! This event is outside, so please dress appropriately for the weather.

This event is an IN PERSON event and face coverings are preferred!

MORE ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTORS:

Alexis is a mom of 2, a yoga instructor, personal trainer, barre instructor and also runs her own graphic design and branding company. She is a huge advocate of self-care and stresses the importance of work / life balance — especially with the societal demands of motherhood these days.

Leah is a new mom to Cameron, her 5 month old daughter. She is a registered dietitian and cofounder of Nourished Routes, LLC. She aims to help moms navigate nourishing their bodies on a busy schedule. She helps women ditch the restriction-binge cycle that is promoted by diet culture and find food freedom through intuitive eating practices.

This event is an IN PERSON event and face coverings are preferred!
