This virtual event is all about YOU. A registered dietitian will be there to answer any nutrition questions you have related to menopause. We’ll dive into nutrients of concern during menopause, how to lose weight during menopause, things you should be focusing on, etc.
This is a Q&A style event. There will be no recording sent out afterwards so we recommend attending the live to get your questions answered.
