Cinnamon Peach Overnight Oats

(Makes 1 serving)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup milk (or DF milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons chopped peaches
  • 1 scoop protein powder

Other add ons: nut butter

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a tupperware container or mason jar.
  2. Put into fridge and let sit overnight.
