Chia Pudding

(Makes 1 serving)


  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • ½ cup of almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional topping of nut butter


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 
  3. Add toppings in the morning (we love nut butter and berries)!
