This Nutella crepe is made with love. You can indulge this for breakfast, lunch, or as a dessert. It’s your call!

Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Banana, sliced
- ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Nutella
- 2 teaspoons unsalted butter
Instructions
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together eggs, vegetable, and milk
- Add the flour, baking powder and vanilla extract to that bowl and whisk together until smooth
- Heat butter in a medium-sized pan over medium heat and add a scoop of batter using a ladle
- Once batter starts to bubble after a minute or two, flip to the other side and cook
- Once crepe is cooked, transfer onto a plate and spread with Nutella
- Spread sliced bananas and chopped walnuts on crepe and gently fold it
- Cut into bite size pieces, drizzle with some more Nutella and walnuts, and enjoy!
