5-Minute Protein Balls

I love having these protein balls as a post workout snack because they’re packed with protein! They’re also an easy on-the-go snack for busy days 🙂

Makes about 10 balls. I recommend doubling this recipe for meal prepping!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup protein powder of choice – I love to use this one
  • 1/3 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processer and pulse until combined.
  2. Shape dough into balls (roll with your hand).
  3. Store in the fridge for the week or freeze for up to 1 month.
