Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed nuts
- 1/2 cup dried coconut
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup pepitas (raw pumpkin seeds)
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325. Line a 9×9 or 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper
- In medium mixing bowl, mix together dry ingredients
- In small mixing bowl, mix maple syrup and vanilla
- Pour maple syrup and vanilla over dry ingredients and stir to coat.
- Press mixture into baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes
- Allow to cool for 1 hour before cutting into 12 bars
