Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2-3 dates, pitted
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • Handful of greens
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ~ 1 cup (or more depending on how thin vs thick you want it to be) of milk – we use 1% cow’s milk! Can also use DF alternative

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse to combine. Drink as is!
