Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 2-3 dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup tahini
- Handful of greens
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ~ 1 cup (or more depending on how thin vs thick you want it to be) of milk – we use 1% cow’s milk! Can also use DF alternative
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse to combine. Drink as is!
