Mango Popsicles

(Yields: 6 popsicles; 192 calories, 2.6g protein, 47.5g carbohydrates, and 1.2g fat per popsicle)

Ingredients

  • 5 ripe mangos
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt 
  • 1 cup of coconut water

Directions

  1. Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor until you reach a smooth consistency. 
  2. Adjust sweetness based on your taste. 
  3. Freeze for 6 hours and enjoy it!
