Frozen yogurt granola cups are a versatile and nutritious option, perfect for breakfast or a snack. These high-protein treats combine creamy Greek yogurt with a soft granola base. Packed with protein and probiotics, they support muscle repair and gut health, making them a delicious and convenient way to fuel your day for metabolic nutrition.
Makes: 24 cups
Ingredients:
- 2 cups dry oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp hemp seeds
- 24 oz. unsweetened vanilla Greek yogurt
- 4 bananas
- 1 cup blueberries, rinsed
Instructions:
- Combine oats, peanut butter, honey, and hemp seeds thoroughly in a bowl.
- Line 2 full size cupcake trays with liners (24 total).
- Scoop 2 tbsp of the granola mixture into each liner and press down with a spoon to compact.
- Scoop 2 tbsp of the Greek yogurt on top of each granola layer.
- Cut bananas into ¼ slices and put 3 slices on top of each cup.
- Next, put 3 blueberries on top of each cup.
- Freeze trays for 2-3 hours minimum. When ready to enjoy a frozen yogurt cup, let thaw for about 5 minutes beforehand.
