NNB is NOT a group program. When you get started, we create an individualized nutrition plan just for YOU and you receive tons of 1:1 support from me throughout the entire program.
My program is a hybrid coaching environment which means you get both group and one-on-one coaching sessions - the best of both worlds!
Besides, wouldn’t it be amazing to connect with other like-minded individuals to build a sense of community and connection? Imagine how much you could learn from other individuals who are struggling with the same nutrition concerns!
Plus, you have access to ask questions 24/7 so you can get your questions answered every single day of the week. (I'm not sure of any other program that allows this much on-demand availability for accountability and support!)
You’ll also get all the recipes, resources, and an individualized plan that's tailored to YOUR body, YOUR goals, and YOUR nutritional needs that will help you to see results and build sustainable habits for life.

"What can I expect to learn about or achieve from our one-on-one coaching calls?"
I love this question because it is ultimately up to YOU and what YOUR goals are! This is not a one-size-fits-all model.
In our coaching together, we are soley focused on you and what you need to achieve your goals. Some things we might discuss in our sessions could be:
How much protein do I need daily? How do I get more protein in my diet?
Am I eating enough? Or am I eating too much?
I work 70 hours a week. How do I nourish my body while on a crazy busy schedule?
I'm working out 5-6 times per week without seeing results. What's missing?
... these are just to name a few! This is a completely individualized program so we will investigate your current intake, identify what's missing, and create a plan for you to move forward so you can feel unstuck and see long-lasting results.
To give you an overall sneak peek, my clients have seen weight loss (and kept it off!), more energy, more confidence in their body, less stress when it comes to meal prepping or cooking, better sleeping habits, improved lab values, and SO much more!
"I'm hesitant because I'm not sure if it's within my budget or if it's worth it."
We get it, you're hesitant because you've tried so many things before and failure will only set you back even further.
But this is different. This is not a diet. This is a LIFESTYLE and something that you can do for life. It is also extremely flexible and can fit within anyone's life and routine!

Regarding budget, we have multiple different payment options and once you submit your application and we make sure you’re a good fit, we can go over everything with you.
We've worked within all budgets, our ultimate goal is to make reliable nutrition information accessible to our community, so don't hesitate to apply!

"I'm not sure my husband/spouse/partner is going to support me making this investment in my health - I've spent money on diets before and they haven't worked."
I really do feel like this is a personal communication discussion that has to happen between the two of you. I think it’s really important to have open discussions about your health goals and make sure you're on the same page about that.
It's important to have them look at the resources here on the site, my social media, and our client success stories.
Also know that I love to include partners in your nutrition plan! I would never ask you to cook something different than your family. There's also plenty of resources that your partner can benefit from in the program (Men's Health and Nutrition, Healthy Eating as a Family, Nutrition for Picky Eaters, etc). The coolest part!? Not only will you see results from the program, so will your family! I hear this ALL of the time from my clients.

"How soon can I get started? Is your program open all of the time? What are the next steps?"
Because of the individualization and one-on-one support we provide, I do only accept a limited # of clients at a time. You're in luck - I'm currently accepting new clients!
I work on a first come, first serve basis and our prices do increase as client demand and time goes on, so apply now.

You CAN make this work for you, and you deserve to.
I've worked with moms of 3, overnight shift nurses, consultants who travel every week -- they've all invested in their health and have seen results that have positively influenced ALL areas of their life.
Plus, I’m sure you have a minimum of 2 extra hours per week right? If you have two hours minimum per week, I can show you how to transform your health using our realistic, balanced approach.

My high-touch coaching individualized program, Nourished Nutrition Breakthrough was created to make reaching your nutrition goals realistic and doable, (unlike dieting,) by using my unique 3-phased approach.
There's many options available to work together within the program depending on what you're needing, your budget, and what will be the best fit for your goals! Once you apply, we can go over all of those options together.
