This is a virtual, evidence-based nutrition course.
This online course covers:
- What gluten is
- How to identify gluten, gluten-containing ingredients and foods
- When it’s appropriate to follow a gluten free diet
- Why it’s important to remain gluten free when it’s applicable
- How to prevent cross-contamination
Cost of $5 covers attendance for one person.
Time offered: 6pm CST on August 19th. Lecture lasts 45 minutes with Q&A immediately following.
