This is a virtual, evidence-based nutrition course.
This online course covers:
- What dairy is
- How to identify dairy, dairy-containing ingredients and foods
- When it’s appropriate to follow a dairy free diet
- Why it’s important to remain dairy free when it’s applicable
- How to prevent cross-contamination
Cost of $5 covers attendance for one person.
Time offered: 6pm CST on October 14th. Lecture lasts 45 minutes with Q&A immediately following.
