Breakfast Banana “Split”

An easy and minimal ingredient breakfast, snack or post workout idea to get in your protein, carbs and fat!

Ingredients

  • One container or serving of greek yogurt of choice
  • 1 banana
  • Toppings! We used peanut butter, blueberries, granola and cinnamon, but it is totally customizable!

Directions

  1. Slice banana in half
  2. Fill it in with greek yogurt and your toppings of choice
