(Makes 1 serving)
Ingredients
- 1 pear
- 2 tsps of maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons of rolled oats
- Lots of cinnamon
- Optional greek yogurt
Directions
- Slice one pear in half and remove the core
- Cover each side of the pear with 1 teaspoon of maple syrup and cinnamon
- In a small bowl combine 2 tablespoons of oats, 1 teaspoon of maple syrup and more cinnamon
- Air fry the pear without the oat mixture for 10 minutes at 320 degrees, then add the oat mixture and continue to air fry for another 5 minutes
- Remove and serve with greek yogurt
