Air Fried Pears

Our new favorite dessert 😍

(Makes 1 serving) 

Ingredients

  • 1 pear
  • 2 tsps of maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of rolled oats
  • Lots of cinnamon
  • Optional greek yogurt

Directions

  1. Slice one pear in half and remove the core
  2. Cover each side of the pear with 1 teaspoon of maple syrup and cinnamon
  3. In a small bowl combine 2 tablespoons of oats, 1 teaspoon of maple syrup and more cinnamon
  4. Air fry the pear without the oat mixture for 10 minutes at 320 degrees, then add the oat mixture and continue to air fry for another 5 minutes
  5. Remove and serve with greek yogurt
