4 Ingredient Healthier Ice Cream Sandwich

This fun twist on an ice cream sandwich is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth! To make things even more simple, you can find all 4 ingredients at Trader Joes! 

Makes 5 sandwiches


  • 1 container Trader Joe’s Icelandic skyr vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 10 Trader Joe’s cinnamon graham cracker squares
  • 1-2 tbsp chocolate, melted w/ coconut oil


  1. Stir the peanut butter into the greek yogurt and spread evenly onto 5 graham cracker squares. Place the remaining graham cracker squares on top to form a sandwich. Drizzle the melted chocolate on top of the sandwiches and place them in the freezer for about 1-2 hours. 

Nutrition facts (per sandwich): 178 calories, 7.6g fat, 22.5g carbs, 5.4g protein, 9.8g sugar
