- 1. Add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix to combine.

4 ish handfuls of greens like spinach or spring mix

2-3 radishes, sliced thinly

1 medium fennel bulb, cored and sliced

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and blanched

1 cup of chopped herbs such as dill, parsley, or mint (you can also mix!)

1 package garlic herb Right Rice, cooked
