High Protein Cinnamon Pear Smoothie

Don’t skip on pears this fall! Try incorporating this recipe into your daily breakfast routine to boost your metabolism.

Ingredients

  • 1 small ripe pear
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or more if you want it thinner; also can use another milk if nut-free)
  • 1 handful of greens
  • 1/2 cup ice (if you want it thicker)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and combine. Enjoy immediately!
