About this Event
This is a virtual cooking class and nutrition education class.
This class covers:
- How to make Healthy Crispy Turkey Tacos (vegetarian option will be available)
- What balanced nutrition means and how to celebrate it everyday!
- How to make every plate a balanced plate.
Time offered: 6pm CST on March 16th. We will be sending out an ingredient list two days before the class, or upon purchase of a ticket.
