Chocolate Banana Microwave Mug Cake

(Makes 1 serving)


  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • ½ a ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp of cocoa powder 
  • 2 tbsps of flour
  • 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp of baking powder
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 tbsp of vanilla unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)


  1. Spray your microwave safe dish.
  2. Mash banana in mug.
  3. Add other ingredients and mix well.
  4. Microwave for 45 seconds to a minute. Top with any additional wanted toppings and enjoy as is!
