  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 425 and prep a baking pan with tin foil and coconut oil
  2. 2. Cut the zucchini into thin slices
  3. 3. Combine the bread crumbs, almond flour, and parmesan cheese on a plate
  4. 4. Whisk the egg in a bowl
  5. 5. Dip each zucchini slice into the egg and then the bread crumb mixture
  6. 6. Pop it in the oven for 16 minutes, flipping the chips halfway and enjoy!
