Viral High Protein Cucumber Salad

The “Viral High Protein Cucumber Salad” is a refreshing twist on the popular TikTok cucumber salad trend, packed with protein to keep you satisfied. Featuring crunchy cucumbers, protein-rich ingredients like Greek Yogurt and tuna, and a tangy dressing, this salad is a perfect blend of flavor and nutrition. Ideal for a quick lunch or a light dinner, it’s both delicious and dietitian-approved.

Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole English cucumber, sliced on a mandoline or thinly with a knife
  • 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 can tuna fish, drained
  • 1 tbsp (or more to taste) Everything but the Bagel Seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients in a mason jar and shake to combine.
