Ready To Start?
- 1. In a food processor or strong blender, add the dates and hot water. Roughly blend until the water is thoroughly mixed with the blended dates.
- 2. Add the oats and chia seeds to the dates. Fully blend until the mixture comes together into a cohesive paste.
- 3. Line a square 8×8 pan with parchment paper. Scoop the mixture into it and press down using a spatula until evenly spread. Wet the spatula with water if it is sticking too much.
- 4. Next, scoop the cup of peanut butter over the bottom layer and evenly spread.
- 5. Melt the chocolate and pour over the peanut butter, spread evenly.
- 6. Put the pan in the freezer for 1-3 hours or until fully frozen. Then cut into small pieces. Enjoy!
