  1. 1. Place all of the ingredients for the base recipe into a large container and mix until combined
  2. 2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight
  3. 3. Enjoy!!!

ingredients

  • 1 cup of oats

  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

  • ½ cup of plain greek yogurt

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 1/2 banana, sliced

  • Cut up strawberries (about 1/4 cup)

  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
