Salads don’t have to be boring, or unsatisfying! Try our springtime salad that will keep you full longer and therefore better your metabolism and keep you energized throughout your busy day.
(Servings: 4)
Ingredients
- 4 ish handfuls of greens like spinach or spring mix
- 2-3 radishes, sliced thinly
- 1 medium fennel bulb, cored and sliced
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and blanched
- 1 cup of chopped herbs such as dill, parsley, or mint (you can also mix!)
- 1 package garlic herb Right Rice, cooked
We recommend adding an additional protein source such as chicken, chickpeas, salmon, or hard boiled eggs.
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix to combine.
- Enjoy with your favorite dressing. Store in the fridge!
