Spinach Salad with Feta, Apple, and Almonds

Salads don’t have to be boring – yuck! Instead, make your salad flavorful AND metabolism-boosting. Eating salads can help to increase energy, reduce bloating, fix your broken metabolism, and lose weight.

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups spinach
  • 1-2 cucumbers, chopped
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 8 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • + dressing of choice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine.
