Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds (clean of pumpkin guts, rinsed, & dried)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- *Note: The amount of raw pumpkin seeds you have to roast may vary, so multiply this recipe based on how many cups of seeds you have as necessary.
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, toss the seeds with the olive oil until all seeds are evenly coated.
- Add the remaining ingredients and toss them until evenly coated on the seeds.
- Evenly spread the seeds on a baking sheet. Bake on the center rack for 45-60 minutes, or until golden and crispy, but not burnt.
- Allow seeds to cool and enjoy!
