  1. 1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, toss the seeds with the olive oil until all seeds are evenly coated.
  3. 3. Add the remaining ingredients and toss them until evenly coated on the seeds.
  4. 4. Evenly spread the seeds on a baking sheet. Bake on the center rack for 45-60 minutes, or until golden and crispy, but not burnt.
  5. 5. Allow seeds to cool and enjoy!

  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds (clean of pumpkin guts, rinsed, & dried)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • *Note: The amount of raw pumpkin seeds you have to roast may vary, so multiply this recipe based on how many cups of seeds you have as necessary.
