Makes: 12 balls
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup OR honey
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- OPTIONAL: 1/4 cup mini white chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients except the white chocolate chips in a bowl. Mix to combine.
- Add white chocolate chips.
- Form dough into balls and refrigerate or keep in the freezer. Enjoy in the fridge for a week or in the freezer for a month!
