Makes: 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup plain 1% Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or regular milk (+ more if needed)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop protein powder – I love this unsweetened, unflavored one
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients in a mason jar and shake to combine.
