Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup plain 1% Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or regular milk (+ more if needed)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder – I love this unsweetened, unflavored one
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients in a mason jar and shake to combine.
