  1. 1. Combine flour, pie spice, baking powder, protein powder, and salt in a medium mug. Mix to combine.
  2. 2. Add remaining ingredients and mix to combine.
  3. 3. Microwave for 60 seconds. If not completely done, microwave for additional 20 seconds and so on until cooked. Serve warm as is (or with a scoop of ice cream!)

  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • ⅛ teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 3 tbsp almond milk or regular milk

  • 1 ½ tbsp canned pumpkin puree

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1-2 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
