- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with pam.
- 2. Combine mashed bananas, yogurt, applesauce, honey, eggs, and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
- 3. Slowly add dry ingredients, not the spinach yet, and mix to combine.
- 4. Stir in a handful of spinach.
- 5. Pour into loaf pan and place in oven.
- 6. Cook for about 55 min until loaf is cooked through. Let cool for at least 10 min.
