Ready To Start?

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with pam.
  2. 2. Combine mashed bananas, yogurt, applesauce, honey, eggs, and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
  3. 3. Slowly add dry ingredients, not the spinach yet, and mix to combine.
  4. 4. Stir in a handful of spinach.
  5. 5. Pour into loaf pan and place in oven.
  6. 6. Cook for about 55 min until loaf is cooked through. Let cool for at least 10 min.

  • 1.5 cups mashed overripe bananas (about 2 cups)

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 cup protein powder

  • 1.5 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • Handful of spinach
