Popcorn Cauliflower
Great way to get your veggies in when you’re sick of salads! Yields 6 servings; 89 calories, 7g fat, 6.4g carbs, 1.8g protein

Ready To Start?
- 1. Preheat your oven to 450ºF.
- 2. Line a baking sheet with tinfoil and place cauliflower florets on the tray.
- 3. Pour oil and sprinkle seasoning evenly across the cauliflower. Toss to mix seasoning well.
- 4. Cook for 20-30 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- 5. Enjoy!
