If you’ve been wanting to eat more plant based protein, this 3-ingredient maple glazed tempeh will not disappoint!
Serves: 4
Nutrition Info: Per serving (4 servings): 202 cals, 9g fat, 19g carbs, 12.8g protein
Ingredient
- 8oz block of tempeh
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut aminos
Instructions
- Slice your tempeh into thin strips and heat up the olive oil in a pan on medium high heat.
- Cook the sliced tempeh until golden brown and then add the mixture of coconut aminos and maple syrup to the pan.
- Let the tempeh caramelize and soak up the coconut aminos and maple syrup.
- Remove the tempeh from the pan and enjoy!
