Make Ahead Protein-Packed Quiche

I love making a quiche ahead of time for an easy AM breakfast on a busy morning OR as a protein-packed snack! Pro tip: I love having this for dinner with a side salad!

Ready To Start?

  1. 1. Cook pie crust according to instructions if you haven’t already. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, and salt and pepper. Whisk to combine.
  3. 3. Add spinach, chopped onion, grated cheese, and nutmeg. Whisk to combine again.
  4. 4. Pour egg mixture into pie crust. Cook for about 30 minutes until eggs are set and cooked through.
  5. 5. If freezing after, wrap the quiche in a layer of plastic wrap then wrap in foil. You can freeze for 6 months.

  • 1 9-inch frozen pie crust, cooked according to instructions (can use GF crust)

  • 6 large eggs

  • 1 cup milk

  • Handful spinach or other greens

  • 1/4 chopped onion (optional)

  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg

  • Pinch of salt and pepper
