Make Ahead Protein-Packed Quiche
I love making a quiche ahead of time for an easy AM breakfast on a busy morning OR as a protein-packed snack! Pro tip: I love having this for dinner with a side salad!

Ready To Start?
- 1. Cook pie crust according to instructions if you haven’t already. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, and salt and pepper. Whisk to combine.
- 3. Add spinach, chopped onion, grated cheese, and nutmeg. Whisk to combine again.
- 4. Pour egg mixture into pie crust. Cook for about 30 minutes until eggs are set and cooked through.
- 5. If freezing after, wrap the quiche in a layer of plastic wrap then wrap in foil. You can freeze for 6 months.
