Ready To Start?
- 1. Marinate the chicken overnight in a zipbloc back using 1/3 cup olive oil, 2 tbsp garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, 3 tbsp lime juice and salt and pepper.
- 2. Once chicken has marinated, roast chicken in the oven at 375 degrees F for about 30 min or until chicken is cooked through. Slice once cooked. You can also grill the chicken.
- 3. Make the dressing when chicken is cooking using 2/3 cup olive oil, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 3 tbsp lime juice, red wine vinegar, djion mustard, and cilantro. Whisk in a bowl to combine. Set aside.
- 4. Make your bowls using cooked chicken and rice! Add ingredients of choice. Drizzle sauce on the top. Enjoy!
