Ingredients
- 1 small shallot, diced
- Juice and zest from 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
- Store in the fridge and enjoy!
