Ready To Start?

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. 2. Roughly chop the raw nuts of your choosing and spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. 3. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the nuts are slightly golden.
  4. 4. Allow the roasted nuts to cool, then add to a food processor.
  5. 5. Blend until completely smooth, around 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Add in the honey and optional salt and/or cinnamon and blend again until combined. The honey will help emulsify and thicken your nut butter and prevent oil separation that occurs naturally.
  7. 7. Transfer the nut butter to an airtight container or Mason jar and enjoy! It will last about 1 month stored at room temperature or about 3 months refrigerated.
