- 1. Combine all ingredients except the chickpeas, spinach, or brown rice in crockpot.
- 2. Cook for 4-5 hours on low or 2-3 hours on high.
- 3. Add in chickpeas, spinach, and brown rice when time is up. Cook for additional 30 minutes and then serve as is.
