Ready To Start?

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients except the chickpeas, spinach, or brown rice in crockpot.
  2. 2. Cook for 4-5 hours on low or 2-3 hours on high.
  3. 3. Add in chickpeas, spinach, and brown rice when time is up. Cook for additional 30 minutes and then serve as is.
  4. 4. For additional protein, add a dollop of Greek yogurt on top!
