Ready To Start?
- 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a muffin tin - make sure thoroughly so the eggs don't stick!
- 2. Mix together all ingredients in large bowl. I recommend using a whisk!
- 3. Evenly distribute egg mixture to the muffin tin - it should make about 12 egg bites.
- 4. Cook for about 25 minutes until eggs are thoroughly cooked through.
- 5. Store in the refrigerator for 1 week or in the freezer for 1 month.
