- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a muffin tin thoroughly.
- 2. In a bowl, combine the butter, applesauce, yogurt, egg, and vanilla.
- 3. Add the oats, flour, sugar, protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined.
- 4. Fold in chopped apples.
- 5. Divide batter into muffin tins and cook for 20 min or until cooked through.
- 6. Let cool for at least 10 minutes.
