Healthy No Bake Chocolate Truffles

Ready To Start?
- 1. Add cottage cheese, cocoa powder, and maple syrup to a blender. Mix to combine.
- 2. Transfer to a bowl, cver and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- 3. Using a scooper, scoop out dough and form into balls. Roll into balls. Freeze balls for about 30 minutes.
- 4. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl in the microwave until chocoalte is melted through. Stop microwave every 15 sec to stir to prevent burning of chocolate.
- 5. Once 30 min is up for freezing, roll each ball into melted chocolate mixture and immediately place a pinch of flakey sea salt on top.
- 6. Store in the fridge for 1 week or in the freezer for 1 month!
